About the Role

As a Project & ICT Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating projects and training programs, supporting language contracts with the Department of Defence (DoD), and other initiatives, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, educators, customers and internal teams.

This is a dynamic full-time role suited to someone who enjoys juggling multiple priorities, working to deadlines, and maintaining exceptional quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate and support contract creation and management
  • Manage and maintain databases and spreadsheets
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with teachers, stakeholders, customers and team
  • Proofread and quality-check submitted work
  • Support tender procurement and submission preparation
  • Assist with website updates and administration
  • Coordinate course maintenance, documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Ensure timely communication with customers and team members
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Provide general administrative and project support as required

About You

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities                                                                                  
  • High computer literacy and confidence with systems/spreadsheets
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving capability
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Essential Requirements

  • Australian working rights
  • National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Flu vaccine certificate
  • Experience/ familiarity with online design platforms such as Canva and Powtoon (desirable)
